Rectangle Fire Pit Lighting Issues

If you are having difficulties lighting and/or keeping your rectangular fire table lit, your issue may be related to an assembly problem. Please have a look at the control panel on your fire pit (as shown below)

If your control panel is positioned as shown on the left side, you will be unable to fully depress the valve knob and fully engage the valve assembly. To correct, please disconnect the propane tank then loosen the 4 bolts holding the table top to base. Lift the table slightly and maneuver the control panel so that it is positioned as shown on the right side of the above image. Finally, retighten the table top bolts.
